PROGRAM CONTROL & DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
FACILITATOR REQUIREMENT (CRITICAL)
All licensed cohorts must be delivered in partnership with:

Organizations may not independently deliver, teach, or replicate the program without direct facilitation by Business Now personnel.
NON-DUPLICATION POLICY
The Economic Architecture & Growth Development Certification Program is protected intellectual property.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Copying or reproducing program materials
• Replicating the structure, framework, or delivery model
• Creating derivative programs based on this system
• Distributing content outside of authorized participants
LICENSING TERM STRUCTURE
Initial licensing agreements require:
• A minimum engagement period
• Delivery through Business Now facilitators
• Program oversight and quality control
Future opportunities for expanded licensing may be considered following a minimum engagement period.
