We Mean Business Now!

Business Now, Inc. is a conglomerate and business incubator that provides life and career products, programs, and services. We are the parent company to several subsidiaries and support new and existing businesses in an array of developments, operations, and management functions.

Our goal is to expand this corporate group multi-state, nationally, and then internationally over the next 20 years. As we continue to restructure our foundation here in Virginia, we are concurrently working towards the plan to grow our corporate service-chain structure around the world.

Currently, we own stakes in industries such as: home care, media, entertainment, and community-based nonprofit initiatives. Our founder Xavē D. Morgan, also serves as a board member to several other non-profit organizations as well.

Our mission is to increase self-determination, productivity, and profitability within members of the community, small businesses, and organizations alike. We achieve this by facilitating programs that educate and empower minority groups of people and by directly working with founders, CEOs, and senior leadership representatives to advance the mission of their projects.

Our vision is to see empower the agenda of others to ensure their longevity, help them plan to past down generational wealth, and leave behind a legacy to be proud of.

Mission

Our number one mission in this corporation is to continue building partnerships with other businesses, organizations and franchises across the world; who are also dedicated to improving the social and economic functionality of minority and inner-city families and for profit or non-profit organizations. Ultimately, we believe that youth, adults, and other leaders, are to live a life and career aligned with purpose and passion, in any industry, based on the very things they love, BUT most importantly were created to do.

How We Do It

Our other services for Individuals, businesses and organizations include: business development and management support, administratively overseeing day-to-day operations, HR support with your personnel and back office documents, recruiting employees, training and career development orientations, overseeing compensation packages and benefits plans, equity participation, LLC formation and protection; and a few other services that serve to maximize a community’s economic value, company's business growth, and employees' satisfaction.
