All Business Now, Inc. content, programs, names, taglines, frameworks, training materials, worksheets, videos, graphics, strategies, systems, methodologies, program models, certification pathways, workshop materials, and digital content are proprietary assets of Business Now, Inc., the Economic Architecture Institute™, or their respective owners.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Business Now, Inc. brand language
- Economic Architecture Institute™ materials
- Economic Architecture & Growth Development Certification Program™ materials
- Small Business Launch Certification™ materials
- Economic Foundations Certification™ materials
- Digital Architect Perspective™ content
- Supply Chain Directory™ framework
- Course materials, workbooks, worksheets, assignments, recordings, videos, and trainings
- Website copy, graphics, logos, designs, and media assets
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, teach, license, resell, publicly display, or use our proprietary materials outside approved terms without written permission.
Membership, enrollment, purchase, or access does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
Memberships and Online Community
Membership in the Economic Architecture Institute™ or any Business Now online community is subject to community standards, platform rules, payment status where applicable, and Business Now, Inc. approval.
Members agree to participate respectfully, avoid spam, protect confidential information, honor intellectual property, and engage professionally.
Business Now, Inc. reserves the right to remove members, restrict access, suspend accounts, deny admission, or terminate participation for misconduct, nonpayment, misuse of materials, violation of community standards, or behavior that harms the integrity of the ecosystem.
Certification Programs
Certification participation may require completion of assignments, attendance, engagement, payment, review, approval, and successful completion of program requirements.
Enrollment in a course or membership does not guarantee certification. Certification is granted only when applicable requirements are completed and approved.
Business Now, Inc. reserves the right to update certification requirements, program structure, schedules, curriculum, facilitators, delivery methods, and completion standards.
Licensing Opportunities
Licensing Business Now, Inc. or Economic Architecture Institute™ programs requires written approval and an active licensing agreement.
Organizations may not independently reproduce, modify, teach, distribute, resell, certify participants, or deliver Business Now, Inc. programs without written authorization.
Licensed delivery may require an approved Business Now representative, Digital Architect, facilitator, or instructor to maintain curriculum integrity, instructional quality, certification standards, brand alignment, and participant experience.
